Coach Kobes (Shaun Kober) has created a Modular Training System, which provides Users of the App, the ability to choose an appropriate training session for as little as 10 minutes per day, up to 6 x 1 hour sessions a week.

6. Live Train Perform Foundations Program
- This is training template I've created, that allows me to train anybody that walks into the gym, whether it's a beginner in terms of movement, through to a professional athlete at the highest level
